At DealDiggers, we deliver high-quality home goods, kitchen gadgets, and daily-use essentials safely and quickly across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Time

* Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday
* Standard delivery time is 2–6 working days, depending on your city and courier routes
* Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next working day

2. Shipping Charges

* Flat Rs. 150 delivery charges nationwide
* Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all products

3. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order:

* You may receive a confirmation call from our team if needed
* Your parcel is packed and dispatched after verification

4. Order Tracking

* Tracking details will be shared once your parcel is dispatched.
* You can track your order until it reaches your delivery address.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery twice and fails to reach you, the parcel may be returned to us.

6. Damaged or Open Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

* Do NOT accept the parcel 
* Inform our support team immediately, We will arrange a replacement for damaged       delivery cases.

Do you offer returns?

No. We follow a No Return Policy, but you may open the parcel and check the product before paying.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available across Pakistan.

What are the delivery charges?

We charge a flat Rs. 150 nationwide.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–6 working days, depending on your city.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement.
